The 2025 edition promises an increased number of races as part of the fresh, action-packed modern racing program that will see the event return to its Clubman sporting roots and focus on developing the next generation of TT riders and preserving the traditions of this famous event, which is entering its 102nd year.

The six days of training begin on Sunday, August 17, 2025, ahead of the four-race program taking place over the action-packed summer holiday weekend. The Manx 2025 concludes on Monday August 25th with the main Senior Manx Grand Prix.

With the Supersport and Supertwin machines now taking center stage in the program, spectators can expect intense competition showcasing the skill and dedication of motorcycle road racing’s rising stars. The new schedule will retain the spirit of the Manx Grand Prix while evolving to offer a new experience for racers and fans alike.

A key change for the upcoming event is the removal of classic races from the Manx Grand Prix program. This decision allows for the reintroduction of the Classic TT, which will run alongside it as a standalone event on the Isle of Man racing calendar. This move aims to maintain a second Mountain Course road race and allow the Manx Motor Cycle Club to focus on modern racing categories and its long-standing tradition of supporting the sport’s rising stars.

John McBride, Chairman of the Manx Motor Cycle Club, said: “We are incredibly excited for the 2025 Manx Grand Prix. The revised racing program and modern racing focus will provide a highly competitive and exciting spectacle for competitors and fans alike. “We are delighted.” We are able to offer our riders better value for money with two races per class as well as increased training time and believe this refocused approach will ensure the event continues to run for many years to come long can play an important role in road racing.”
