Welcome to Wallpaper Wednesday! In this weekly roundup, we’ll introduce you to a handful of Android wallpapers that you can download and use on your phone, tablet or even your laptop/PC. The pictures are from people here Android Authority as well as our readers. All are free to use and without watermarks. The file formats are JPG and PNG. We provide images in both landscape and portrait format so they are optimized for different screens.

Wallpaper Wednesday: October 23, 2024

Another week, another set of awesome Android wallpapers to share! Remember that we are always looking for contributions from our readers. Skip to the end of this article to find out how to feature one of your images in an upcoming Wallpaper Wednesday!

Because you’ve made Wallpaper Wednesday so popular, we’re now doubling the number of reader-submitted wallpapers featured each week! We used to take three pictures, but now we’re increasing the number to six. You’re just too good at it!

With that in mind, we’ve rounded up six amazing images from our readers that would look great on your phone, tablet or PC. As usual we also have three pictures of the Android Authority Team.

First we have a beautiful panoramic shot of the Oregon Coast from reader T. Frensdorf, who used a Google Pixel 8 Pro to capture the image. Next we have another majestic photo, this time of Italy from reader Joe. Afterwards we have a beautiful shot of a hydrangea in Tumwater, WA. This comes from frequent Wallpaper Wednesday contributor Rick L. Thompson and was taken on a Pixel 4a! Next we have a really cool photo of a person climbing a spiral staircase. This is what reader Raj Venkatesh captured! We also have another absolutely amazing photo from regular contributor Han Le, this time of a bug in Vietnam, taken with a Google Pixel 6 Pro! Finally, we have a relaxing South African beach photo from reader Sandile Hadebe. Sandile used a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra for this. Thank you everyone for your submissions!

Of the Android Authority Team, we have an amazing photo of the foggy Romanian mountains from Paul Jones. We also have a cool building that is lit up at night by Rita El Khoury. Finally, we have a tranquil beach photo from Matt Horne.

How to submit your own Android wallpapers

We’d love to hear your own contributions to our Wallpaper Wednesdays project. Before submitting, the following rules apply:

• Your submissions should be your own creation. This means photos you’ve taken, digital art you’ve created, etc. Please don’t submit other people’s work – that’s just not cool. Additionally, please avoid sending images created solely with AI. Images that you created and then augmented with AI tools are fine.
• You must agree to the rental Android Authority Share your Android wallpapers for free with anyone who wants them.
• We do not accept watermarked images. However, you will receive attribution and a link in the article itself. We can only link to your social media account.

Ready to submit? Fill out the form below. You must provide the highest resolution version of the image you can provide, your name, and a brief description of the image. If you would like us to link to a social media page that you own on your behalf, please indicate this as well, but this is optional.
