How to watch online, streaming, premiere date

With the popularity of video games being adapted into television shows Stand out And The Last of UsPrime Video is introducing another video game adaptation, but for the long-running franchise Like a Dragon: Yakuza.

The first three episodes of Like a Dragon: Yakuza The six-episode first season arrives on Prime Video on Thursday, October 24 at 8 a.m. PT/11 a.m. ET. The following three episodes will arrive on Prime Video at the same release time next Friday, November 1st.

Like a Dragon: Yakuza cannot be watched on television. The only way to watch is with a subscription to Prime Video, which starts at $8.99 per month for the standalone video streaming service or $14.99 per month for Amazon Prime overall.

Created by Sean Crouch and Yugo Nakamura, Like a Dragon: Yakuzawhich is in Japanese with English subtitles, follows Kazuma Kiryu (Ryoma Takeuchi), a fighter and former Yakuza gang member who tries to resist a return to his life of crime but is drawn to his old best friend and now rival Akira Nishikiyama (Kento Kaku).
