Report of a racing incident

Horse No. 1 GO GO GO (H196) Z Purton held back through free travel at the home turn and was stabilized near the 350 meters when disappointing for free travel between GOLDEN FAIRY and FRUITY WARRIOR, who had to give way.

As a result, GO GO GO was only able to run freely near 300 meters.

Horse #2 WINNER TURN (J163) M Chadwick When under pressure he got stuck on the home turn and in the home straight and proved difficult to ride.

Horse #3 NICE BIRDIE (G470) H Bowman After the event, H Bowman stated that his horse only jumped somewhat and as a result settled a little further back than intended, but he was unable to provide an explanation for his horse’s disappointing performance.

A veterinary examination immediately after the race revealed no significant findings.

NICE BIRDIE’s performance, which was dropped, was considered unacceptable.

Before NICE BIRDIE is allowed to race again, he must perform in a barrier test satisfactory to the stewards and undergo an official veterinary examination.

Horse #4 FRUITY WARRIOR (J035) B Avdulla After the event, B Avdulla explained that his horse, having gained a position outside the lead, came under pressure in the home turn and became noticeably weaker in the home straight.

A veterinary examination immediately after the race revealed that the horse had been bleeding from the left nostril.

An endoscopic examination confirmed that the horse was bleeding.

Before FRUITY WARRIOR can take part in races again, he must perform satisfactorily in a barrier test and undergo an official veterinary examination.

Sent for sampling after the race.

Horse No. 5 FURY AND GOLD (H202) CL Chau Jumped only mediocre.

After the event, CL Chau stated that his saddle shifted backwards shortly after the start, which put him at a disadvantage during the event.

Horse #6 GO HERO (H315) YL Chung After the event, YL Chung reported that his horse did not appreciate competing with other horses on the all-weather surface.

A veterinary examination immediately after the race revealed no significant findings.

Horse No. 8 SUNNY BABY (E166) B Thompson jumped only mediocre.

Horse #9 COLORFUL BARON (G301) L Hewitson ran wide and unguarded for most of the event.
