By a miracle, Megan Thee Stallion just discovered it Sex and the city. At an appearance on The Tonight ShowThe rapper revealed that she recently watched the HBO series starring Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon and Kim Cattral.

“Nobody told me Sex and the city Was that good?” Stallion told Fallon. “I’m pissed off. Nobody said, “Megan, you should watch.” Sex and the city. Girl representing culture. Watch out!’ I don’t even know how I like it, I stumbled upon it. I think I kept seeing pictures of Sarah Jessica looking damn pretty. Her hair, her shoes, her outfits were always so beautiful.”

She continued, “And I thought, ‘What kind of show is this?’ Just let me watch, let me get into it, because no one has spoken to me. So I started watching the show and I was like, I can’t look away. This is the best! I watch it while I’m working out, I watch it while I’m in glam, I watch it when I have nothing else to do and I’m a busy girl. I’m like a squeezer Sex and the city in there. And I ask everyone, “Have you seen it?” Sex and the city?”

Fallon told Megan that there are also two films if she wants to continue following the characters. “I haven’t seen the movie yet because everyone keeps saying ‘No, Megan.’ Because the way Sex and the city “The movie ended, you know, I was a little upset and they said, ‘No, no, no, no, no, you have to watch the movie,'” she said. “And I say, ‘OK, take me there because I don’t understand what’s happening.'”

Megan then agreed to give her review of each character in the series, starting with Samantha.

“When Sex and the city At first I said, ‘Oh, I hate this character,'” she explained. “Like, why do you make her go, ‘Oh my God, sex is like the ruler of my life?’ And it’s like I’m just so desperate. I thought, this is terrible, this is a terrible character. But then as the show went on, I was like, ‘Okay, wait a minute.’ Wait a minute.’ I’m glad I stuck it out because she leads men. As if she doesn’t let men guide her and keeps trying to tell girls to stop making men the center of their lives. For example, go shopping, have a good time, earn money and then have fun with your little toys. And I think: Yes, I did that.”

She also enjoys Charlotte, saying: “She’s a bit delulu, but it’s sweet. She would be my best friend because she is so emotional and I feel like it’s okay to cry. It’s okay to be a little crazy.” Not so much with Miranda. “Miranda, she is the worst character in the series. “I can’t stand Miranda,” Megan confirmed. “She never had anything good to say. She’s so sad all the time.”

She added. “How could anyone even bring their lips to be mean to Steve, and Miranda found a way to be mean to Steve. The only thing Steve ever wanted to do was love that crazy woman.”

Last but not least was Carrie, who also really likes Megan. “Her hair is good, her makeup is great. I’m pretty sure this dress would look great with a pair of Manolos. Like she’s always attractive when she does those gross old things,” Megan told Fallon. “She’s crazy. But you know what? I see a lot of myself in this character. Like Carrie really loved the drama. Like she’s literally going to wake up and figure out how can I ruin everyone’s day? How can I be my sweetest self and ruin everyone’s day? How can I complicate my life? She could have just always made the right choice. She could have chosen reason, but she always chose madness. And then I had to ask myself: Is that me?”

Elsewhere on the late night show, Megan discussed her latest album. Megan IIand her upcoming documentary, In her words. The documentary is set to air on Amazon Prime Video on October 31 and features the rapper reflecting on a difficult time in her life.

“Throughout this whole period of my life, I’ve been through some crazy things and I feel like a lot of people have dehumanized me,” she told Fallon. “People were interfering in my life…So to have my story told by so many people who weren’t me? I thought it was kind of crazy.” She explained that she wanted to be in control of her narrative and make sure people knew her “as more than just Megan Thee Stallion.”
