AEW star MJF’s match revealed for Full Gear | WWE News

Ahead of the upcoming AEW Full equipment 2024 Pay-Per-View on Saturday November 23, 2024, Maxwell Jacob Friedman has found his potential opponent for the event. MJF was in a feud with Adam Cole following Cole’s recent return to AEW. A match for MJF has now been confirmed by the superstar, but the opponent will be determined in a three-game contest.

Adam Cole had an in-ring segment on the latest episode of AEW Dynamite and when he addressed his feud with MJF, his former friends Roderick StrongUndisputed Kingdom’s Mike Bennett and Matt Taven interrupted Cole’s segment and also addressed the former AEW World Champion.

While Cole was accompanied by his former friends, MJF appeared on the video screen. In the pre-recorded video, he was seen enjoying a massage while chatting up Cole right after his relaxation time. “Oh I didn’t see that, wow Cole I’m so shocked you still want to get your hands on me, who would have thought?” MJF said in the video.
He went on to say that greed blinded Cole when he was desperate for a fight with MJF. “I’m literally telling you that you’ll never get your hands on me,” he continued with a sarcastic gesture of mocking Cole, “unlike Natalya here,” as he explained to the masseuse.
MJF also announced that his opponent for Full Gear will be determined by whoever wins three games in a row first among competitors Adam Cole or Roderick Strong. The former AEW American Championship said he won’t be making any appearances until AEW Full Gear. “Gosh, I hope you both get the happy ending you want, God knows I will,” he added.
Following the video message, the members of Undisputed Kingdom hugged each other in the ring and teased that the partnership and goodwill in the faction was still intact, having previously revealed that the team had reached out to Cole while he was absent from AEW during his injury.
Well, as MJF explained, either Cole or Strong will have a shot at him at Full Gear, which will only be decided after the match between Cole and Strong as the duo have agreed to the mandatory match.
