WWE star threw up before match with ex-UFC fighter – TJR Wrestling

WWE star threw up before match with ex-UFC fighter – TJR Wrestling

A WWE star vomited before an independent performance.

One of the biggest developments in WWE during the “Triple H Era” was the company’s willingness to work with other promotions. Since The Game took control, WWE has worked regularly with John Barnett’s Bloodsport, Marigold, TNA and Pro Wrestling NOAH.

While the relationship between NXT and TNA is still good, the other big crossover came with Bloodsport. The deal has resulted in multiple appearances by Charlie Dempsey and Shayna Baszler, with many more on the way.

However, not everyone is clear about the motives behind the relationship.

Tom Lawlor is worried about WWE commitment

During an interview with TV Insider, MMA star and professional wrestler Tom Lawlor spoke about WWE stars breaking into the independent scene and bloodsport events. The veteran said that while there are positive aspects to WWE names working outside the company, history has taught him to be cautious about what comes next.

“In some ways it’s good, but I’m always suspicious about the real motive behind a lot of these things.

We’ve seen over the last 40 years that the WWE does well for a while, but at the end of the day it’s about them.

Of course there is a new regime there, but I don’t know.”

Lawlor then looked back on his match with Brutus Creed and recalled the star throwing up before the fight began. Creed defeated Lawlor at Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XI in July, on a card that also featured Shayna Baszler, Julius Creed and Charlie Dempsey.

For example, I’m fighting Brutus Creed and for me I was on the A side in that fight. Brutus Creed didn’t come here to do me a favor.

The guy puked before the game because he was so nervous. This match was about me.

I think a lot of people will get into situations like this and downgrade themselves. Like, “Oh, he’s a WWE guy. He is on a higher level.

It’s great to see matchups like this, but it’s really to their advantage.”

Meanwhile, it was announced that MVP will return to action on November 24th at Bloodsport XII to face Josh Barnett. The match will be the first MVP match in more than two years.
