How to watch the 2024-25 FIS Alpine Ski World Cup season: TV, streaming schedule

The 2024-25 Alpine Ski World Cup season with Mikaela Shiffrin will be broadcast live on NBC Sports from October to March. peacockskiandsnowboard.live and outsideonline.com.

The season begins this weekend with the women’s and men’s giant slalom in Sölden, Austria.

Racing takes place on three consecutive weekends in the USA: Women’s in Killington, Vermont, from November 30th to December 30th. 1; Men in Beaver Creek, Colorado, December 6-8 and women in Beaver Creek December 14-15.

The biennial World Championships take place in February in Saalbach, Austria. The United States will host the World Cup finals in March in Sun Valley, Idaho.

Last season, Shiffrin won nine races, increasing her career record to 97, despite being sidelined for 11 races following a downhill accident on January 26th.

This season she could become the second athlete to win 100 individual World Cup events in a Winter Olympic discipline. Retired Norwegian cross-country skier Marit Bjørgen won 114 times.

In the men’s category, the Swiss Marco Odermatt could become the third ski racer to win four titles in a row after Austrians Annemarie Moser-Pröll (1971-75) and Marcel Hirscher (2012-19).

Hirscher is expected to start this season for the first time since retiring after the 2018/19 season.
