The former WWE Champion returned to action in a dark match on SmackDown

WWE featured several RAW stars at Friday Night SmackDown at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY, including Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, Dominik Mysterio and Seth Rollins.

Last night, Rollins returned to the ring for the first time in three months.

In August, Rollins was brutally attacked by Bronson Reed. This was done to exclude The Visionary from the series.

Rollins returned to WWE programming a few weeks ago to rekindle his rivalry with Reed.

On this week’s episode of RAW, WWE announced that Rollins will face Reed in a singles match at Crown Jewel 2024 on Saturday, November 2nd in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Prior to the pay-per-view event, Rollins returned to the ring during a dark post-SmackDown match in which he defeated Dominik Mysterio.

This match marked Rollins’ first return to the ring since Money In The Bank 2024 in July, where he took part in a triple threat match against then-world champion Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre.

Additionally, the dark match marked the thirteenth time that Rollins and Mysterio competed against each other.
