Bring “Walt Disney – a magical life” to Disneyland from July 17th

“Walt Disney – A Magical Life” will make his debut on Thursday, July 17, 2025 in Main Street Opera House Theater in Disneyland. Our imagineering team gives the show and attraction, the knowledge of many years of passion and planning.

The 70th anniversary of Disneyland Park offered us a great opportunity to remind us of the guests of Walt Disney's incredible story – in his own words – to remind you of magic in film and magic Audio animatronicsThe art form that he did pioneering work.

In the lobby of the Main Street Opera House, guests will discover new exhibits that show Disneyland's design developments from master planning to Audio animatronics. Awards and honors that Walt Disney have received over the years are also presented, as well as a video presentation with the title “Memories of Walt”, which contains interviews from many that knew him and worked with it.

After exploring the lobby exposure, step into the theater to see “Walt Disney – a magical life”. The show begins with a film adaptation of “One Man's Dream”, which is told by Walt himself and follows his life before early efforts through his dreams for the future.

The final of the show will raise the curtain on the first Audio animatronics Figure of Walt Disney ever created. The guests will discover him in a replica of his office in the studio, where he tells a few stories and thoughts about his career and philosophy. Walt's words were recorded from decades and were mingled seamlessly to create these “big moments” for the performance.
