On Sunday, July 13th, the 73-year-old appeared on the red carpet in Smurf Premiere at Paramount Theater in Los Angeles. He smiled all, showed his tasty physique in a dark blue suit, patterned ties and brown shoes.

Goodman is the voice of Papa Smurf in the upcoming restart, which comes to cinemas on Friday, July 18. The film also plays Rihanna, James Corden, Nick Offerman, Daniel Levy and more.

Goodman has kept pace since the beginning of his long fitness trip in 2007 with its considerable weight loss.

“I don't want to be an example for anyone when the weight comes back – if I get out of the can with a spoon and one side of the sugar of confectioners Crisco,” he joked to Aarp in 2023.

The actor attributed his weight loss of portion control and admitted at the time: “I only pushed everything into my mouth.”
