Boston-in 23-year-old, former striker of Worcester Academy and current Indiana Fever, Aliyah Boston, already has an impressive CV: 3-time Gatorade Massachusetts Girls Basketball player of the year, 2022 NCAA Division 1 Champion and the 2023 WNBA-Rookie of the year.

Now the 4-time WNBA All-Star can add a new title: partial owner of a professional sportsman.

Boston was announced on Monday as an investor in the NWSL expansion team Boston Legacy FC and competed in a group to which the native Needham, the former Olympic Gymnast and the six-time medalist Aly Raisman as well as the general manager of Boston Celtics, Brad Stevens, and his wife Tracy and Pitts Elizabeth banks belong.

Boston was born in St. Thomas on the US Virgin Islands and moved to Boston at the age of 12 to live with her aunt to follow a basketball career. Boston, as NWSL owner Sabrina Ionescu, joins the NWSL owner and the 27-year-old in her hometown Club Bay FC. The former WNBA stars Candace Parker (Angel City FC) and Sue Bird (Gotham FC) are also investors in the league, during the Chicago Sky Star striker Reese co-owner of DC Power FC in the rival usl Super League.
