The husband of Emilie Kiser, Brady Kiser, could be exposed to a child abuse suspicion because of the tragic death of her 3-year-old son Trigg.

On Tuesday, July 15th, the Chandler Police Department (CPD) announced an update to X and announced that the examination of the death of Trigg was completed on Sunday, May 18.

The announcement also announced that the departments of the department had recommended that Brady be put in court for a criminal offense in class 4 for child abuse.

The CPD presented the case to review the Maricopa County public prosecutor. After the public prosecutor's office checked the police, Brady could be exposed to the charges mentioned above, and the case will return to the CPD for further investigation. However, the case could also be dropped if the public prosecutor decides that Brady does not raise any charges.

The CPD is transferred almost two months after Trigg drowned into the backyard pool of the family in Chandler, Arizona on Monday, May 12th. At the time of drowning, Brady was at home with Trigg and her newborn son Theodore while Emilie was traveling with friends, Brady told Chandler police, by AZ Central.

According to the CPD applications from Search -for -Approaches, Brady told the police that he saw how the toddler played near the pool, and found that it was “not unusual” for Trigg. He also said that the pool usually had a protective cover.

But when Brady took care of Theodore, he lost sight of Trigg for three to five minutes. When he returned to the back yard, he discovered that Trigg hovered in her backyard pool.

The police reacted to the scene and carried out HLW until firefighters arrived and then took control of his medical care. Trigg was brought to the Chandler Regional Medical Center in a critical condition and then to the Phoenix Children's Hospital.

The next day, the applications for search command order were created to obtain surveillance material from the backyard cameras in order to confirm Brady's statements to the investigators. On the same day, Brady was accused by the CPD investigators that they had committed child abuse on the day of drowning trigg.

Days after Trigg's death, his mother, Tikok Influencer Emilie, announced the tragic news to her 4 million followers.

Based on Emilie's media person, she submitted a lawsuit on Tuesday, May 27th, in front of the Supreme Court of Arizona in the Supreme Court of Maricopa to lead records about Trigg's death from the public perspective.

In the registration, Kiser's lawyer said that she and her family “want to mourn in a desperate privately, but unfortunately the public will not leave it” and adds that Trigg's death “has become a media frenzy”.

On June 3, Arizona's Supreme Court decided for Maricopa County in favor of the influencer for a separate application that she applied for to keep her personal explanation privately. Kiser temporarily grant the court order for both their declaration and their larger application for privacy, while the court reviews evidence in order to make a final decision.

At that time, a source only informed people that Kiser's personal explanation “reflects an intensive personal report on their grief and trauma, which was presented to the court to understand their perspective – not for public consumption”.

“The legal core problems remain completely transparent by public submitting the lawyer and the court. The sealed declaration by Emilie does not hinder the public's understanding in the event or its legal importance,” says the source. “A small measure of privacy in the middle of the public examination is a reasonable and compassionate choice under the circumstances.”

Two days later, an insider told the people that Emilie “asked the court to keep the film material and the records in connection with the death of her little son privately – a deeply personal and reasonable plea to prevent the public liberation of the most traumatic moment of her life.”

The source found that the “public profile of the influencer does not negate its right to privacy”, but also “does not make the death of her son for public consumption”. The adding: “Public authorities have received over 100 public records for the film material of the death of a toddler, which only serves to meet the pathological curiosity more than any kind of justice.”

On Wednesday, July 9th, the district of the CPD and Maricopa of the Medical examiner called for an exception to the decision to exchange records and documents, as an attempt was made to complete their investigations. According to AZ Central, no decision was published in relation to the latest application.
