You can now stream selected Xbox games that you own for the PC, no Xbox required – but there is a catch

You can now play selected Xbox games that you have on your PC by streaming them via the Xbox PC -app -if you are an Xbox insider with an ultimate game pass subscription.

This is a big deal because it contains some games that are not part of the Xbox Game Pass program. Therefore, subscribers can stream these games via the Xbox PC app. And since you can also buy games through the app, you don't even have to have an Xbox to buy and play these games.
