Heavy thunderstorms until 10 p.m. on Wednesday, with access towers on Thursday

Today's prediction:
Our prediction remains stormy and unsettled until late at night, with a large part of the eastern Colorado until 10 p.m. under a severe thunderstorm clock. In addition to the potential for very large hail and harmful wind gusts this evening, slow stormy storms will bring additional threats due to flooding in south -colorado. Areas in which flooded today will be susceptible to floods this evening and tomorrow. This includes places such as Fountain and Manitou Springs.

When the rain comes to an end this evening, the sky will be partially cloudy until Thursday morning, and the depths this evening will cool down tonight until the 40s, 50s and 60s.

Colorado Springs forecast: Low: 54; High: 79; With plenty of moisture on Thursday, we expect an addition of showers and thunderstorms in the Pikes Peak region. While serious threats are much lower than today, heavy rainy seasons and a small risk of flooding will also be possible in some areas.

Pueblo forecast: Low: 59; High: 85; Another round of showers and thunderstorms can be expected on Thursday, along with the potential for severe rains in South Colorado.

Canon City forecast: Low: 61; High: 83; On Thursday we expect a second round of showers and thunderstorms in the east of Fremont County. Although severe threats are lower than today, strong rain pockets have to be observed exactly on floods.

Woodland Park forecast: Low: 47; High: 74; The dry sky in the morning will give way to another shower and thunderstorms on Thursday, with storms to rain heavy, small hail and gusty winds. Storms begin to form storms until the end of the lunch break.

Tri-Lakes forecast: Low: 40s/50s; High: 70s; Cooling height on Thursday, whereby the temperatures fall back into the 1970s in the afternoon. With a sufficient moisture supply, scattered showers will return until the early afternoon.

Plains forecast: Low: 50s/60s; High: 70s/80s; After a few rather bad storms on Wednesday, the storms should remain heavy threats on Thursday at the bottom. Floods will be the main risk on levels, especially for areas where there was a lot of rain today.

Walsenburg and Trinidad forecast: Low: 50s; High: 70s/80s; It is expected that storms that form on Thursday south of the Highway 50 will bring the possibility of flooding. These storms must be observed closely, especially between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Mountain forecast: low: 40s; High: 60s/70s; After the rain comes to an end this evening, the dry sky follows until Thursday morning. Until late morning until the early afternoon, storms will fire in the highlands, with storms to rainy precipitation, small hail, gusty winds and a lot of lightning. The potential for fall floods will be highest on Thursday on Thursday in the southern pass of Sangres and Raton.

Extended observation forecast:
Things will be much quieter by Friday, with only a few isolated storms in south -colorado expect, but still the potential for thunderstorms in the afternoon in the mountains and valleys. Our heights will recover significantly, with the temperatures in the 80s and 90s falling on the levels.

Weekend storms remain probably because the subtropical moisture is in the region. This enables a daily chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms, with the heights climbing every afternoon in the 80s and 90s. Until the beginning of next week, moisture is trying to withdraw into the mountains and bring fewer storms into the levels while increasing the heights into the 90s and 100s.
