The Moroccan cyber attacks -saga continues with leaks on PAM ministers

After the previously injured CNS, the ministries for employment and justice and several other government agencies, the mysterious hacker, who is known as Jabaroot DZ – is there again. This time his goal is open political: Minister from the authenticity and modernity party (PAM), a key member of the ruling coalition in Morocco, are involved in alleged large-scale real estate and country agreements.

In the telegram, Jabaroot DZ, who has been responsible for a number of cyber attacks since April 2025, published a new group of documents. According to reports, these contain purchasing certificates, lawyers' powers, national ID cards and notarial contracts associated with prominent PAM members. Some transactions allegedly include real estate in first -class locations in Rabat and Marrakech, with the values reaching hundreds of millions of dirhams.

Same susceptibility, the same channel?

As with earlier LECKS, the documents from Tawtik, the Moroccan notary platform managed by the National Agency for Land Protection, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC) seem to come in coordination with the national council of notaries.

The leaked documents are dated between 2023 and 2024 and refer to transactions that have been validated by notaries, sometimes the powers of the lawyer, which are granted third parties for buying or selling real estate. However, the lack of accompanying land titles limits the independent review of the claims.

Official silence, persistent uncertainty

Despite growing concerns, the Moroccan authorities have difficult to confirm or deny the authenticity of the leaked files. The investigation opened in April 2024 in a wave of cyber attacks has not yet made any public findings or identified the perpetrators.

In the meantime, the hacker continues to tease future revelations, keeps the pressure on the government and aims at some of the best -known personalities of Moroccan politics. With every leak, Jabaroot DZ seems to create a digital cliffhanger – one violation after the other.
