The first complete trailer for Mortal Kombat II was published.

Mortal Kombat was released in 2023 by Warner Bros. Pictures in the USA. The film Lewis Tan as Cole Young, Jessica McNamee as Sonya Blade, Josh Lawson as Kano, Mehcad Brooks as Jax, Ludi Lin as Liu Kang, Max Huang as Kung Lao and more.

Mortal Kombat II arrives in October. Tan, McNamee, Lawson, Brooks, Lin and Huang will repeat their roles in the sequel.

The Mortal Kombat 2 Trailer offers film material from Karl Urban as Johnny Cage, a figure that was presented from 1992 in the original Mortal Kombat game. McQuoid, whose debut with feature film director was the first mortal combat, returns to lead the sequel. This will be the fourth film in the Mortal Kombat franchise, as the film from 1995 and 1997 Mortal Kombat: Annihilation before the restart 2021.

The writer Jeremy Slater recently told Comicbook that Mortal Kombat II was carried out for a while and that they “waited for the right publication date and waited for the right window”.

He added: “I was on these test demonstrations that are full of mortal combat fans and watched how I reacted in the way I reacted to Avengers: Endgame. They cheered and jumped out of their seats. Every joke ends up and they love it. It is one of the greatest moments of my life.
