Denise Richards receives an injunction against husband Aaron Phypers, claims physical and verbal abuse

The actor Denise Richard was given a temporary injunction against her estranged husband Aaron Phypers after accused him of domestic violence and verbal abuse and showed the court photos of a black eye that she had.

The 54 -year -old Richards applied for a domestic violence on Wednesday before the Supreme Court in California and was granted on the same day.

The 49 -year -old Phypers submitted a petition to the dissolution of the marriage on July 7th. The couple was married in September 2018 and did not share children.

In their request for the injunction, Richards listed several cases of abuse, including from July 4th to 14th.

Richards wrote that on July 4th she told Phypers that his family had to move out of the family home, which she once shared what she moved out in 2023. When she told him, he became “angry” and began to scream on her and snap at her left arm firmly, said the request.

The next day, Phypers appeared in one of her townhouses and climbed into the face again and started to scream insults after the request. Later, according to the request, she found him in the garage, where he grabbed and pushed both arms with strong arms and pushed them down on the floor, and she landed on the stairs. Aaron's father, Steven Phypers, also began to shout her and said that he would tell the media and the Internet that she was a “whore”, she says.

Richards said in the request that Phypers “repeatedly abused me during marriage” and “threatened to kill me and themselves and the police.

She said he owned at least eight non -registered weapons.

Richards also described an abuse incident on May 21, when Phypers downloaded information from her iCloud account, photographed her private text messages and transferred her to his own laptop while sleeping.

Phypers then woke her up and shouted insults according to the request. Later, when she used the bathroom, Phypers hit the top of her head with the palm and screamed repeatedly to hand over her phone, she claimed.

Richards wrote in the request that Phypers often “suffocate me violently, press my head violently with both hands, press my arms firmly, hit my face and hit my head, aggressively hit the bathroom cloth shelf, threaten me.”

Phypers regularly threatened to “break” her jaw and “cry, ask me to stay and promise to get help – none of them ever happened,” the request says.

She said Phypers caused her at least three conception of the brain.

She also claimed an abuse incident on January 17, 2022, when Phypers hits the heel of his palm in the eye and called it “f — ing b —“. The next morning her eye was swollen and black and blue, and the bruise lasted over a month to heal. With her submission, Richards provided a photo of the black eye.

Richards asked the Court for an order without contact and the demand that Phypers return their laptops, images, recordings and cell phones, and she asked that it was forbidden to use or disclose objects that were taken from her phone or laptop.

Richards said she was afraid of reporting him or applying for an injunction, “because he repeatedly threatened to kill himself and me when I reported to the police.”

The court ordered the phytars to remain 100 meters from Richards and their houses, jobs and cars. The order expires after a hearing for August 8th.

Representatives of Richards and phytic not immediately answered inquiries about comments.

In a statement to TMZ, Phypers made the allegations. “Not true. I have all the details. She creates a story to save her image in which you report a conjured story when I have all real evidence,” he told the outlet on Thursday.

Richards and Phypers recently had a bravo reality series about their family life entitled “Denise Richards & her wild things”, which was premiered in March. Phypers also appeared with Richards on TV when she was a cast member of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”.

Richards was married to Charlie Sheen from 2002 to 2006. They share two children: Sami Sheen, 21, and Lola Sheen, 20th Richards is also a mother of Eloise Joni Richards, 14, whom she adopted in 2011 as a single mother.
