Beyond the villa 'due to “toxic” fans

If there is something that Kaylor Martin learned from her online leap in the 6th season of “Love Island USA” from her online jump, it may be that the outstanding of social media is sometimes the best.

The 23 -year -old Martin tells USA Today that it is “such an honor” to be part of the first Spinoff show of the “USA” franchise, “Love Island: Beyond the Villa” (new episodes on Thursday on Peacock).

“Looking back and see how much our life has changed, we are very blessed and luck,” she adds.

But Martin acknowledges that her second go-around on Peacock will be “more difficult” than her breakout role at “Love Island USA” last year. Last summer, an exponentially growing audience of fans watched their autumn head-over heels for Brit Aaron Evans, just to be broken by his deception with a broken heart and to sob into a completely appropriate Sabrina Carpenter song, which was selected by the publisher of the show.

But at that time she had no contact with the outside world and was spared opinions from the outside until she left the villa shortly before the final.

“It gets even more difficult, our show is broadcast and we have our telephones in real time, hear the opinion and counter reaction of everyone and everything so,” says Martin. “That will be the most difficult part for me.”

“Some of the fans … they are very poisonous”

So what will Martin do to set borders?

“I won't see the show. I want to have a summer in Europe and just unsubscribe,” she says.

This wish is partly due to online hatred. “Some of the fans, we are very lucky, but they are very toxic. And sometimes they forget that we are real people,” says Martin.

“You never know how to be perceived or what the public will think,” she continues. “But as long as you have the feeling that you remain true to you, I have the feeling that this is the most important thing.”

In the first two episodes of Martin and her best friend of the show, Liv Walker, “Beyond the Villa” sees Liv Walker, as an excitement about a lack of invitation to the birthday party of a friend and the lack of communication about the much effort they will include in their appearances for an event.

Her “Villa” Co-stars include the 6-season 6 pairs Jana Craig and Kenny Rodriguez, Leah Kateb and Miguel Harichi as well as the winners Serena Page and Kordell Beckham (which occur during his first film guest appearances). Evans is also on the show, and he and Martin meet without much solution, months after a controversial reunification episode.

“Love Island” Breakout Stars in Season 7 Occupation

Serena Page, Jana Craig and Leah Kateb want “Love Island” fans who love the season of the 7th season as much as “Love Island: Beyond the villa”.

In contrast to “Love Island”, a reality romantic slash competition, “Beyond the Villa” is more in the perspective of the NBCuniversal show “Vanderpump Rules”.

“Beyond the Villa” follows the occupation that socialized and navigated in Los Angeles. It was shot near the show of the show on July 13th in spring.

“This season I filmed it much more difficult than filming 'Love Island',” says Martin. “If you are there (in the villa), you are there out of love and everything is happy. And I mean, some parts sad, but all of this was at least very challenging for me to deal with the real world and the real (things).”
