Softball is back in Texas.

The athletes United Softball League (AUS) Circuit is in Round Rock for a four game series between the Bandits and Volt. It also serves as a return home for bandits Bella Dayton and Mary Iakopo and Volt Mia Scott, who graduated in Texas. General Manager of Volt is also a former all-American and Texas Softball Pitching Legend Cat Osterman.

The former all-American Emiley Kennedy from Texas A&M, a Woodland native, is also a pitcher for the volt.

The bandits (11-7) are behind the first Schalons and the Volt (6-12), which end a two-game ice skate.

Here are some in game updates:

Coffey let a runner stranded and swung out to end the game.

Lorenz sends a ball to the left field to get the volt at a blow.

The former Longhorn Dayton leads with a double. Zerkle first goes on a walk and Wallace scores her fourth Homerun on a 1-2 field for a bandit lead.

After the volts have approved two runs, change Kennedy by Lexi Kilfoyl. A single in The Middle scored two to tie the game. The Piancasetll's RBI Double expands the leadership of the volt.

Volt withdrew three consecutive bandits.

After Garcia had two bandits sneak on the base, she moves to the first base and Payton Gottshall in the circle for the volts. With the invited bases, Coffel sings to the right field to achieve two. Gibson Whorton doubles to expand the lead.

The bandits change for Alexander and replace with the former A&M softball -softball -kennedy in Texas. After the change, Lorenz sends it to the right field wall to Kennedy's first place.

With the count, Zerkle strikes her seventh home run of the season to the right field. Gibson Whortons RBI -Single connects the game. Wisz pops the bases to finish the inning.

Warren drills a Homerun behind the right field wall to extend the lead.

Iakopo's foulball is caught by the catcher to end the inning and lets a runner stranded.

Romero sings after the deep left field so that the volt takes over an early lead. Volt challenges the out on the second one that ended the inning but was unsuccessful.

After Gibson Whorton had stranded a runner, he was beating to open the top of the first inner.
