Two by Weirton, who is charged because of the drowning of the teenager | News, sports, jobs

Two residents of Weirton were charged with the recent drowning death of a teenager Burgetstown.

Ashley Marie Shelton, 29, and Joshua Lewi's Lockenbie (35), both 3103 Pennsylvania Ave., were arrested by the Weiton police on Wednesday and were charged with crime

In a law enforcement complaints submitted in the case, and the information provided by the law enforcement authorities, the two six children aged 4 to 13 had a bank along the Ohio River near the Veterans Memorial Bridge on the evening of June 30th.

The two are recorded in the regional prison of West Virginia Northern instead of a bond of 150,000 US dollars for each in Brooke County Magistrat Court, where their cases are pending.

Family members described Hanshaw as a talented young person who liked to draw, tinker, created and edited videos and loved animals.
