Delicious sued complaint Jon Pro ProSser Home Tech iOS 19, iOS 26

The long -time tasty and YouTuber Jon ProSser are sued by Apple because of allegations that he and others have accessed confidential information about iOS 26 and his liquid glass resign.

As early as April 2025, Jon ProSser claimed to show the redesign of what was then mentioned as iOS 19. Now ProSser and colleague Michael Ramacciott are being sued by Apple for abuse of business secrets.

As for the first time discovered by MacarizeApple's lawsuit claims that ProSser and Ramacciott had accessed a “considerable amount of additional information from Apple Trade Secret secret information that has not yet been publicly announced”.

The company says that it cannot determine exactly what or how much information has been misused. Therefore, it asks an injunction to prevent further leaks. Apple also wants the jury to define a trial with damage in such a process.

How ProSser and Ramacciott allegedly received the information that affects the friendship of the latter with Ethan Lipnik, who worked for Apple at that time. It is said that Ramacciott Lipnik's development -iPhone apparently used knowledge without lipniks and showed iOS 26 through a FaceTime call.

According to Apple's submission, the company claims that Ramacciotti knew: “This access and copying was not authorized and could put Mr. Lipnik's career in danger, but he did it anyway.”

So far, Apple, Lipnik and Ramacciotti have not publicly commented on the case. However, Jon Prosser answered on tweets from Macarize.

ProSser's Tweet -Thread continues that it is added: “For the recording: I certainly did not” plant “to access some phone and was not aware of the situation.”

The new lawsuit follows an apple that settled against the former engineer Andy Aude in February 2025. The conditions of billing on Audese alleged theft of corporate secrets are not known, but the engineer described his leaks as “profound and expensive mistakes”.
