Cold front to produce northwestern Montana showers; Breie, dry conditions in the weekend

Northwest Flow remains on Thursday until the weekend.

This will bring a weak disturbance and a cold front along the Montana Canadian border, which will produce some showers in the distant northwest of Montana, including the Glacier national park.

Dry conditions are expected elsewhere, as the temperatures for most areas return in the 80s.

The wind increases for the afternoon due to the disorder and combines with the warm, dry conditions to increase the fire weather risk of the regions.

The concerns of the increased fire weather will continue until the weekend, as another dry system approaches the region on Friday to Saturday.

A few thunderstorms that are able to strong wind gusts, strong rainfall, small hail and lightning in the southwest of Montana.

High in the 80s and 90s with depths in the 50s are expected.

Behind this system on Saturday the temperatures will cool down a few degrees and winds will increase up to 25 to 30 miles per hour.

Our next, more important weather manufacturer will probably only arrive early next week.
