Kate Beckinsale Mourns the loss of an enormous loss.

The Pearl Harbor Actress announced that her mother Judy Loe died on July 15 after a fight with cancer in stage 4.. She was 78 years old.

“I don't want to post that,” Kate Caption From her mother's life on Instagram on July 17th. “I only post this because I had to register my mother's death certificate and it will soon be public records. She died after immeasurable suffering in the night of July 15th.”

“I have neither selected all the best photos nor the best videos because I can not yet bear my camera role going through,” the 51-year-old continued. “I deeply apologize to one of her friends who find out it in this way or through the press, but I can't go through your phone.”

Kate – who divided the news of her mother's cancer diagnosis on Instagram in July 2024 – stated that she feels “paralyzed” by the loss of her mother, who was also an actress.

“Jew was the compass of my life, the love of my life, my favorite friend,” she wrote. “The vastness and the huge heart of this tiny woman have touched so many people who love them very much.”

Kate added: “In many ways she was brave and sometimes forgives too much and believed in the ultimate well -being of the people and the world is so weak that it is almost impossible to wear it.”

Her mother's death takes place after Kate's Stieffather's death Roy Battersbywho died in January 2024 at the age of 87, “after a short illness”.
