Ministry of Culture presents highlights of international success

Astana – The Ministry of Culture and Information presented a review on July 17, in which the latest international achievements of Kazakh actors are emphasized.

In the past few months, Kazakh artists have performed on prestigious phases from Milan and Beijing to Pompeii and Vitebsk and presented the depth and diversity of the national talent.

On May 6th, a gala concert that marks the days of Vietnamese culture took place in Astana with outstanding artists from both countries, including the world-famous singer, Dimash qudaibergen.

Qudaibergen will also take part in the Meikin Asia Forth International Festival of Performers, which will take place on July 20 to 22 in Cholpon-ATA, the Kyrgyz Republic. Qudaibergen will appear on July 22nd.

As part of the XX25 Festival in Almaty, which was dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Zhamby Philharmonic, the leading personalities of the academic music world entered the stage, including the violinist Yerzhan Kulibayev, Laureate of numerous international competitions.

Aigerim ALSTYNBEKThe soloist of Qazaqconcert and the aspiring star of the opera scene were included in the prestigious La Scala Academy in Milan in June. Shortly afterwards she performed on stage with Andrea BoCelli in Pompeii and marked another milestone for the Kazakhstan opera.

At the SCO Festival in China, Kazakhstan was represented by young and promising talents: Sadraddin, Laureate of Daryn State Youth Prize, and Rukhiya Baidukenova, known for her powerful soprano and international recognition.

Almagul Battaliyeva, soloist of the Zhetysu Philharmonic, won the Grand Prix on the Slavic bazaar in Vitebsk with its performance of the song “Eternity” and impressed the jury with its singing and refined art.

At the age of 13, Miras Nagashybay from the Zhambyll region won the first prize in the international competition of young talents with his passionate Dombra performance of the Kazakh historical Tolgau “Kultir-Buldir”.

This month, Maria Mudryak, the internationally recognized opera soprano, debut about the phases of Beijing and Xian as Countess Almaviva in “The Ehe of Figaro”.

Singer Amre (Yernar Sadirbayev), known for pop, classical and Latin styles, will represent Kazakhstan in the final of the Intervision-2025 in Russia.

The national music project Zhuldyzdy Zhol 2025 (Star Road in Kazakh) will start this autumn. The project offers young musicians a unique platform to present their talent. The winners receive scholarships, study grants abroad and the opportunity to fulfill themselves in leading national phases.
