Mother charged with involuntary homicide when the child's death in Greenville

A mother of Greenville was charged with involuntary homicide and negligent child abuse after the death of her 2 -month -old baby, the authorities confirmed.

The incident occurred on June 5 when the child no longer reacted in his mother's bed. Tyneshia Mayo, the mother, admitted to having slept in the same bed as the child, according to a spokesman for Greenville.

The investigation showed that Mayo participated in several cases of Open Department of Social Services, in which their children, including the child, were involved in uncertain supervision, medical neglect and uncertain sleeping habits.
