Friday evening Orioles Game Thread: @ Rays, 7:35 am

Happy second half, all! The Orioles start things in Balmy Tampa the things where the temperature at the season is expected to have a real feeling of 94 degrees.

Charlie Morton is on the hill for Orioles and I have to admit that I came by on the old Charlie. I think that makes sense because he has done well for a while. In regular calm, Morton will have three more starts before the closure end. It would not surprise me if he hadn't done this last. Not for this team anyway.

I assume Taj Bradley is fed up with seeing the Orioles. In two starts against them this year, Bradley gave up 12 runs in 6.2 innings. I would like to order more of it tonight.

The rays stumbled into the all-star break and are only 3-9 in July. Will you turn back into the team that played baseball in June .630? If so, I hope that you are waiting until after this weekend.

Coby Mayo is in the line -up tonight and I hope he stays there for the rest of the season. This is his time to sink or swim. Go Coby!
