Astronomer, the Tech company that had introduced himself to the public after his CEO had been discovered at a Coldplay concert on a Jumbootron video at the beginning of this week, which included an employee, gave an explanation of the matter on LinkedIn.

“It is expected that our managers will determine the standard in both behavior and accountability,” said the explanation and added that the company's board of directors “initiated a formal investigation of this matter and that we will soon have additional details.”

The explanation also dealt with false information that was brought in circulation the day after the video was published, including false identification of a third person in the clip, and a parody -x account that incorrectly has an explanation of the CEO.

Andy Byron, the Chief Executive Officer of the astronomer based in New York, was sighted on Wednesday at a Coldplay concert in the Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts on a jumbootone screen and hugged Kristin Cabot, the Chief People Officer, who monitors the organization's HR department.
