Two people were charged on Friday for the death of a 13-year-old boy who was hit by a stray ball in the bedroom of his house in Pasadena in November 2021.

Muhammad Abdul-Malik (38) and Teraeja Flemmings (31) were each charged for a number of murder. Abdul-Malik is also charged by a criminal due to a crime of possession of a firearm. According to an explanation of the DA office, Abdul-Malik personally and deliberately replaced a firearm that caused great physical injuries or great death.

Abdul-Malik is held against a deposit of $ 3 million and Flemmings against a $ 2 million deposit. Abdul-Malik is currently in detention in Florida and is waiting for delivery to LA. In the meantime, Flemmings is expected to be charged on July 21.
