Quality Christian music 2025: 15 artists to be seen

Quality Christian music 2025: 15 artists to be seen

In the past seven years I have published a list of high -quality Christian artists every summer, which I think you should be on your radar (and playlist) if you are not already (see my lists from 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023 and 2024). I would like to choose artists who are unapikely Christian and make music that is sincerely glaucoma, but also musically interesting and excellent.

It is this time of year again and I am happy about the 15 artists on this year's list. They represent different styles of music and come from all over the world. Some make music for a while; Others are just starting. If you look at the creativity and authentic faith of the music of these artists, it is easy to see why Christian music is increasing in popularity worldwide.

As usual, I selected a sample of songs from each of the artists presented (alphabetically listed) and put them together in one Playlist available on Spotify and apple music. If you like what you hear, support these artists by following them on social media, streaming their music and participating in their concerts.

Austin Joyce

The rapper Austin Joyce, based in South Carolina, has been on my radar for a few years now, and I find it as one of the freshest young artists in Christian hip-hop. His songs cover up the ups and downs of life in a raw, reliable way, but with a revering, godmatized curved that is redeemed and sincerely.

Trying songs: “Wear with God”, “don't let me go”, “never be the same”, “paradox”, “paradox”

Calah Mikal

Songs from the long -time worship manager Calah Mikal have recently appeared in my Spotify playlist with increasing frequency – typically a good indication of an increasing talent. The Singer-songwriter based in Tennessee consistently produces beautiful prayer music, sometimes with remarkable employees such as Taylor Armstrong or Chris Renzema. Take a look at your 2025-published EP. Lost without you.

Songs, for example: “My Heart”, “Safe with you”, “Eyes of the Father”, “Higher Love”

Constanza Herrero

The Chilean-Australian indie songwriter Constanza Herrero has a versatile, Latin jazz folk sound that fits your globe tensioning trip. Now she split her time between Los Angeles and the United Kingdom and works on a full length of Kickstarter. Home. The first single was a second place in TGCS 2024 “What is the gospel?” Song competition.

Songs to Sample: “Home”, “Felicidad”, “Me Voy”, “New Self”

Cross -gray

For the first time, I took note of Cross Gray with his breathtaking reproduction of “Come Tho Fount”, which he published in 2019 and which I have accepted on countless playlists. Since then, the Louisiana -based artist has consistently released solid tracks and has been working on a debut album. Mix folk/acoustic and dreamy synth pop and he causes Bon Iver.

Songs, for example: “Fill my cup again”, “Come on, you bring every blessing”, “top and bottom”, “hopesick”, “hopesick”

DC3

The 18-year-old DC3 is probably the biggest name in the Christian rap scene of the United Kingdom and pursues the now familiar script of social media dynamics, which takes on a meteoric increase. With the Zimbabwiper Heritage, the child of the pastor combines gospel, rap and jazz sounds in a unique mix that has absolutely vibrations. While he produces music at such a young age, I am looking forward to seeing where DC3 will rise from here.

Songs, for example: “I know”, “above”, “want to be”, “Seek”

Delaney Young

Delaney Young, one of the six winners of the TGC song competition, is an indie artist based in Chicago who recently opened concerts for Jon Guerra and Andy Squyres. A Wheaton College graduate Young has a gentle folk style, which is enriched by thoughtful devotion and musical diversity.

Try songs: “As I am”, “still”, “still” “Psalm 77” “In your hands”

Dell Mac

I discovered Dell Mac because of JerichoHis new Collab -EP with another artist on this list, Gio. With a smooth voice and a soulful atmosphere, Dell's Sound Frank Ocean creates and states a revering tone. Check out his 2023 EP Back to you.

Songs, for example: “Eyes on you”, “oxygen”, “says Beyond”, “touched by you”

Free like a bird

A northwest -based worship collective, which is free as a bird, usually includes cooperation with Gretyl Baird, whose other project is a folku with her husband (Hübsch and Gretyl). I enjoy it free of charge as a bird rooty folk sound, combined with texts that are confused in writing or hymn texts. Nice stuff.

Songs, for example: “I raise my eyes”, “especially”, “especially” “Ephesian 4: 26–27”, “Proverbs 18:10”

Gio.

Boston-up Giio. is on the way to becoming a success story of Frank-Level in Christian pop/hip-hop hybrid genre. His music is funny, original, youthful and divine-surprised that last year he brought the stratosphere of a large record business into the stratosphere of a large record contract. He is part of the current shift of the Gen z-Vibe in the direction of serious joy about anxious fear.

Songs, for example: “Jericho Walls”, “Meisterwerk”, “Mess IT Up”, “Amen!”

Graham Jones

Graham Jones in Texas is a worship manager and singer-songwriter, whose songs with writing and theology pass on every turn with writing and theology, even if they capture poetic images and melodic longing in the vein of Andrew Peterson or Caroline Cobb. One by Jones' Songs, “When I Fall Down”, was a second place in the song competition from TGC. Take a look at his last album, Eyes renewed.

Songs, for example: “O how God's grace surprises me”, ” “When I'm afraid (Psalm 56)” “When I fall”, “grateful”

Nick Chambers

Nick Chambers in Atlanta, who also made music under the nickname Incarnation Music, is a talented singer-songwriter in the vein of Jon Guerra or Paul Zach. I loved his 2022 EP Great cloudA collection of songs that were inspired by the prayers of Christians throughout the history. But his recently published album in full length blown me away. One of the best Christian albums of the year.

Songs, for example: “My heart is restless (Augustine von Hippo),” A sweet word “,” eight day “,” It's good to be here with you “.

Nick Smith

The mild, soulful, smoky lounge music atmosphere by Nick Smith's sound is refreshingly unique in Christian music. If it is applied to slimmed -down lobmelodies, it is urgent. Smith's contemplative takes familiar worship songs brilliantly, as well as his original songs such as “In Three Days Time”, one of the six winning songs from the TGC song competition.

Try songs: “In three days”, “occupy your worries”, “Turn your eyes on Jesus”, “He is Lord”

Sondae

Sondae, based in Great Britain, has a sound that feels like the future of Christian music. A merger of hip-hop, R&B, Lofi, Afrobeats and indie folk is the music of Twentysmethethethething authentic and prayer. Check out his album 2024 Pilgrim roadAnd be blessed by a versatile musical atmosphere and an experience of faith.

Try songs: “Elohim”, “Perfect Peace”, “Sun Rises”, “Bringer Day”

Strings and heart

The indie rock trio and heart from Tucson, Arizona, consist of three brothers: Angelo, Michael and Eric Espinosa. Like others on this list, the Espinosa's success found success through social media, especially in their viral hit “Flowers dress in blue” – a catchy, rocky melody that communicates the beautiful truth. Your music is optimistic and has a fresh, free west coast rock sound that opposes the CCM categorization. I am excited to see what you do next.

Try songs: “Love You To Death”, “Dopamine”, “Leer Airport”, “Flowers in Blue”

Weston Skaggs

Weston Skaggs, a worship manager and singer-songwriter from the northeast of Ohio, is a talented supplier of what he calls “experimental foil goods”. To understand how this sounds, read the new publication of Skaggs, a hymn album with six songs by name Although it's a cross. The genre “indie folk anthem” is nothing new, but this collection brings it to a different artistic level.

Trying songs: “Near my God to you”, “No, not one”, “Wonderful grace of Jesus”, “Rich Man”
