This is the shocking moment that a man publishes as part of a series of racially motivated hate crimes outside of a mosque in Sheffield.

CCTV film material shows Edmund Fowler, 66, and takes cages with rats out of his car boots and will throw them outside the Sheffield Grand Mosque on the Grimesthorpe Road, the vermin seemed to walk through the fence.

The 66-year-old repeated this on three other occasions between May and June.

Fowler from Skelwith Drive, Sheffield, confessed guilty of four cases of racist intensified harassment at the Jagistrates' Court of Sheffield.

On Thursday (July 16) he was sentenced to 18 weeks in prison, suspended for 18 months and traveled near a mosque for 18 months.
