Luton Town move for Josh Keeley

We have made an agreement with the League One Side Luton Town on the transfer of Josh Keeley.

The international goalkeeper of the Republic of Ireland joined our academy of St. Patrick's athletic July 2022 and immediately joined the pre-season tour in South Korea. He did the same in the summer of 2023 when we traveled to Australia, Thailand and Singapore.

In his first two seasons he was a regular guest for our U21 games before he was loaned to Barnet Barnet in the National League in January 2024.

The last season proved to be a numerous campaign for Josh. He excluded Leyton Orient in August 2024 and played 36 times for the operating system and held 16 clean leaves, including a run of 660 minutes, without admitting a goal in December.

He made national headlines by achieving a late balance in the second round of the FA Cup against Oldham and achieving more heroic heroism in a penalty shootout against Derby in the third round to achieve a tie against Manchester City. Orient made the Play-off final of the League One when Josh started 1-0 against Charlton in Wembley. His performances were recognized with three awards at Orient's end of season prices – including the goal of the season!

Josh, which was covered at under 17, U19 and U-21 level, received his first senior call for the Republic of Ireland for the friendship of this summer against Senegal and Luxembourg.

We thank Josh and wish him all the best.
