Tyler Shough, Saints finally reaches an agreement on his first NFL contract

And that is -the New Orleans Saints has agreed on their contract with the Rookie Quarterback Tyler Shough, the 40th overall election in this year's NFL design. It is a standard contract with four years worth $ 10,795 million and is in the signing (which was over the holdup all the time). Shough gets the guaranteed money he deserves, and the saints get the QB with the best shot at the start this season. There will be no distracting influence to open the training camp. The news of Shoughs New Deal was first reported by Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Shough, who turned 26 in September, had to spend more time in college when he derailed his career after a series of injuries. But he lived in Louisville last season after he had changed from Texas Tech and previously Oregon, where he supported Los Angeles Charger's quarterback Justin Herbert. In this low season he was busy training with his teammates and veterans in the league, and now he has a heated competition to win the starting job.

It will fight Shough, Spencer Rattler and Jake Haener in the Saints training camp. They have no NFL victory between the three (and their seven combined career), and for this reason, many analysts and even the betting markets for New Orleans are low. Derek Carr was not a worthy successor to Drew Brees, but also Jameis Winston, Andy Dalton, Trevor Siemian or the other passers -by who have started games for the saints in recent years. Anyone who wins this competition has the opportunity to write their own history. And the intelligent money says it will be Shough. Now that this contract is dust behind us, let us see if the child can play.
