Man on probation for drug possession accuses of the same crime | News

A man on probation for drug possession is accused of the same crime after the police overtook him due to the past registration day, a judge, submitted to the Supreme Court.

Danny Cabrera Cruz, 54, was charged with the possession of a controlled substance of TimePlan II as a third degree crime.

Around 8:21 a.m. July 8, the police observed a Honda agreement with past registration tags.

They initiated a traffic stop and Cruz said that he has no valid driver's license and was on probation for an earlier charges for possession of drugs.

During the stopover, the police noticed a sponge -like material with burned residues in a clear view, which is usually associated with drug use.

During the pockets of Cruz for weapons, a small baggie with a white crystalline substance fell out of his money, according to the complaint.

Cruz expressed need and said that he did not want to return to prison.

After Cruz had advised him about his Miranda rights, he admitted that the substance belonged to him.

A second baggie with a similar substance was found during a subsequent Pat Down. Cruz also announced a pipe in the vehicle.

The police carried out a field test that was positive for the presence of methamphetamine.

The police confiscated two bags with alleged methamphetamine, a glass tube and a sponge with residues. Cruz was arrested.
