Braves Star Ronald Acuna Jr. Stuns Yankees with incredible throw.

Atlanta-Ronald Acuña Jr. caught the New York Yankees with a spectacular litter to end the third inning in the series of Atlanta Braves on Friday evening with 7:3 win.

The all-star Right Field felled Jorbit Vivas on the third basis when Vivas tried to mark on the right on a deep fly to the corner.

“His accuracy is stupid,” said Braves manager Brian Snitker. “He is a weapon in the right field. His arm is so strong and accurate, and the ball carries, the release is good. It is something special out there.”

Acuña caught the ball right in front of the warning route with her back to the Infield. He turned and fired a throw that reached the third base in the air in good time so that afternoon Alvarez had marked a slow Vivas who ignored the signal by Luis Rojas, coach Luis Rojas.

“I always try to anticipate these pieces,” said Acuña through an interpreter. “I really always try to concentrate and anticipate the piece before it happens. I really didn't try to do something else. Fortunately, I have a good arm.”

Alvarez was casual when the throw approached to deceive Vivas, who would probably have been safe if he ran and slipped all the way hard.

“(Vivas) was deced,” said Yankees manager Aaron Boone. “It just can't happen. I did my entire career in the third basis. Play just play stupid, play dead. And that was exactly what Las (Vivas). The body language of Alvarez there only adorned him. He knew that it was a deep fly ball, so it caught up.
