Angel Reese Mebounds Reebok Shoe for WNBA All Star has a special meaning

Hours before she takes the court in the WNBA All-Star game in Indianapolis, Angel Reese creates a new publication-like man “Mebounds” of her angels Reese 1 signature shoe.

The nickname refers to the sentence that circulated on social media at the beginning of this season under Reese's Critics. It implied that the baller inflated her rebound statistics by bouncing off her own missed balls on the net. (Reese currently holds important WNBA records, including the successive double double and the fastest to 600 points and 600 rebounds.)

Reese has faithfully transformed the form into consciousness – and a commercial statement. She went on Instagram on Saturday to tease the color, a strong and bright pink color. “All mine. Not yours (still),” she said about the shoe.

In June, Reese unveiled a Mebounds clothing collection with the aim of sharpening the awareness and financing of cyberbullying prevention.

This month Reese, who took home the Influencer of the Year Prize from FN in the 2024 Prize for the FN at the FNAAS, made her characteristic shoe in a different color called “Diamond Dust”, which shows dazzling colors.

Before her first signature shoe with the sporty brand, Reese organized the Angel Reese X Reebok Motor A, a shoe-ready shoe that was published in a pink and burgundy color in June. They also worked together on previous shoe and clothing collections.
