Cole Waites has had no baseball game since the end of 2023.

This changed on Thursday evening when he started a rehab order in the complex of the San Francisco Giants in Arizona.

Waites tries to complete the long way from Tommy John Operation.

The talented right-handed pitcher was just briefly before he was injured, and he was struggled around in his short San Francisco stint.

Waites was dominant in the minors throughout his career.

He has an ERA of 3.76 Minor League and achieved 14.6 batters per nine Innings as Minor League ball player.

At the age of 27, Waites is a player who can still return to the big leagues.

It will probably take over a month just to bring the waiting time back to the full strength at Triple-A, but when he comes to Sacramento and performs well, the Giants have the opportunity to call it for the stretch run.
