Louisville, Ky. (WDRB) – According to the Louisville police, a woman was taken to the hospital.

The police reacted to a shootout in the 4000 block of the Garland Avenue around 9:15 p.m., said a 35-year-old woman was shot on her leg.

She was taken to the hospital with the accepted non -life -threatening injuries.

The non -fatal shooting unit of LMPD will examine the incident.
