Ilia Topuria Trolle Max Holloway after his BMF title defense at UFC 318

Max Holloway wrote the UFC story on Saturday after being the first fighter to successfully defended the BMF title.

On Saturday at UFC 318, Max Holloway and Dustin Poirier finally completed their trilogy, which was over 13 years old when they teamed up for the BMF title.

After five incredible rounds, Holloway increased his hand and achieved the decision victory and successfully holds on to the BMF strap.

After the fight, 'The Diamond' put his gloves in the middle of the octagon and confirmed his retirement from sport when tribute by Jon Jones and Islam Makhachev for the UFC legend.

When all the support for Poirians took in after his official retirement, UFC boss Dana White commented on what could be for Holloway next.

'Selined' hopes for a reservations against the recently crowned new lightweight champion Ilia Topuria after 'El Matador' had marked its constant step up to £ 155 with another malignant victory.

It is currently unclear who the Spaniard will be fighting in his first title defense, as both Justin Gaethje and Arman Tsarukyan are waiting patiently in line.

And after Holloway's victory in Louisiana, Topuria took the opportunity to troll the Hawaiian with a position on his social media.

“Still Mine”, topuria labeled a picture of a replica -bmf title.

Before her conflict against UFC 308 last year, when Topuria Holloway was cold, he went around a replica -BMF title. Unfortunately, the BMF title was not at stake for him during this fight.

Holloway claims

Although the BMF title is not generally recognized by the vast majority of the UFC fan base as a real title, there is a handful of fighters who want to fight for him, with Topuria being one.

After his victory, Holloway said that the Spaniard deserved a shot on the belt, but claimed that it made no sense for him to run around with a replica title.

“Of course (he deserves a shot) at the end of the day when the UFC did not set it up, it is what it is. It just doesn't make sense what he does and whatever?
