Alexander Brewskried rode to a new career milestone on Saturday afternoon with his flaming run at EFG Swiss Open Gstaad.

The second seed delivered a classic semi-final display to defeat Arthur Cazaux 6-1, 7-5 and continue its perfect set record on the ATP 250 of the Clay Court. Budik, who met 35 winners during his 73-minute clinic, was in his 13th Tour-Level final and first on Clay.

“Surprisingly, I won every game in two sets, but I was not convinced at the Court before the tournament,” joked Bukik, after I had improved to 2-0 in his Lexus ATP Head2head series. “Tennis is tennis, we play under all conditions: rain, sun, wind … we have to adapt and Clay is one of these things.”

While Budik dominated in his collision with Cazaux from all corners of the courtyard, he was particularly strong behind his serve. According to Infosys ATP statistics, he won 12 ass and won 87 percent (33/38) first-service points.

Budikik became 30th in the PIF ATP Live ranking in 30th place and ensured that on Monday he will return to the top 30 of the PIF ATP ranking for the first time since last year. The 28-year-old's outstanding increase is highlighted by his quarter-finals in Roland Garros before conquering his second trophy in Halle.

Bukik follows his sixth ATP tour title and competes against Juan Manuel Cerundolo in the championship game on Sunday. Cerundolo, who achieved the greatest victory of his career compared to the world No. 13 Casper Ruud in the quarterfinals, continued his form to defeat the Peruvian qualification game Ignacio Bus 6-3, 6-3 under the test conditions.

Look at expanded highlights of the Gstaad semi-final:

“Today was too windy, I think it was the key to playing with the wind,” said Cerundolo, who won his first ATP tour final in his debut in the tour level in 2021. “When I was against the wind, I tried to stay against the wind with variations in my game, and when I had the ball with the ball with the ball when I had the ball bounces with the ball bounces, the key was.

With a personal victory of the best eighth tour of the season, Cerundolo won 28 places in 81th place in the PIF ATP live ranking. On Monday he will return to the top 100 for the first time in 2023.
