After the death of Carl Weathers last year at the age of 76, Happy Gilmore 2 had to undergo a description to take his absence into account.

Before the long -awaited sequel, which had its premiere on Netflix on July 25, Adam Sandler found that the actor repeated his role as a golf coach of Happy and Mentor Chubbs Peterson from the original sports comedy from 1996.

“We had a painful change. Carl Weathers had a massive part,” he said to Collider. “I would talk to Carl and we were excited and then Carl died. We had to rewrite a lot of things, and even what the story was. We made a lot of nice indications of how great chubbs was in the film. That was the biggest change.”

With a wood prosthesis after an alligator had taken his hand, Chubbs in the original film fell into his death from a window because he shocked his head to shock his head to support him as a thank you for improving his short game.
