Will NEET PG 2024 counseling schedule be released after SC hearing? Here you will find everything you need to know

Candidates deemed qualified or eligible for All India Quota Postgraduate Seats may participate in the online allotment process for these seats conducted by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

NEET PG 2024 Counseling Process:

Here you will find step-by-step instructions for the consultation process:

A) Main consultation registration: This includes payment of the non-refundable application fee and refundable deposit, which will only be refunded to the account from which payment was made.

B) Optional filling and locking: Candidates exercise their options and lock in their preferred choices.

C) Seat Allocation – Round 1: The allocation process for Round 1 is taking place.

D) Publication of the results of the first round: The result will be published on the MCC website. Candidates who are allotted a seat are required to upload their essential documents on the MCC website.

E) Physical reporting: Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 are required to report to the concerned Medical/Dental College with original documents for verification.

F) Free exit option: Candidates assigned a spot in Round 1 may choose to be eliminated without penalty and participate directly in Round 2.

G) Willingness to upgrade: Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 1 can opt for upgrade in Round 2, but only after personally reporting to the allotted college/institute.

H) Non-allocation in round 1: If a candidate is not allocated a place in Round 1, he or she can participate in Round 2 without registering again.

I) Upgrade process: Candidates who decide to upgrade from Round 1 to Round 2 are required to report to the assigned institute with the original documents, complete the admission formalities and express their willingness to upgrade during this process.
