It is quite possible that the sporting goods manufacturer Adidas has also internalized the former coach’s intention to this day. At least there is evidence that – after the previous success of the collection – there is now another collaboration between Adidas and the designer Grace Wales Bonner and her brand of the same name.

After the “Samba” sneakers with a fold-over tongue with contrasting stitching in a silver color became a must-have from the Adidas and Wales Bonner collection last year, the designers are now also using one in the fall/winter 2024 drop Shoe trend in silver.

In addition to a new edition of Adidas’ iconic “Superstar” sneaker, the collection includes two different silhouettes of the popular “Samba”. On the one hand, the classic Wales-Bonner “Samba” is updated in two leather versions printed with a crocodile pattern. On the other hand, there are two color versions of the “Samba Millennium” model, which is characterized by several streamlined darts and is also equipped with a contrasting heel. It comes with a sneaker design in a silver-colored metallic look. The heel made of brown leather with a crocodile look gives the shoe an elegant touch and sets a great contrast to the trendy silver color.

In addition to the sneakers, the collection, which teaches “the fundamentals of hip-hop culture” and tells a “story of vibrant street style and everyday joie de vivre,” includes “a series of recoded sporty looks.” […]including floral vests, shorts and tops, as well as signature styles from the collaboration such as tracksuits, hoodies and outerwear,” according to the press release.
