Apple releases macOS Sequoia 15.2 beta with ChatGPT, Genmoji and more [Download]

Apple has released the beta version of macOS Sequoia 15.2 for developers to test. The build number is 24C5057p. This release includes new artificial intelligence features including ChatGPT, Genmoji, Image Playground and Visual Intelligence.

The macOS Sequoia 15.2 beta gives you an early preview of upcoming apps, features, and technologies. Please backup your Mac before installing the beta.

This beta includes upcoming features provided by Apple Intelligence. To try out the Apple Intelligence beta, join the waitlist in Settings and you’ll be notified when it’s ready for your device. Both the device language and the Siri language must be set to English (US), English (UK), English (CA), English (AU), English (IE), English (NZ), or English (ZA). Apple Intelligence is available on Macs with M1 and later. Apple Intelligence is currently not available in China.

Developers with an Apple Silicon Mac can download the macOS 15.2 recovery image from the link below. Or, for devices running macOS 13.4 Ventura or later, go to System Preferences > General > Software Update > Beta Updates and select macOS Sequoia 15.2 Developer Beta to install this software.
