Joker 2 sets 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD release date after box office flop

Fans don’t yet know what the (mostly negative) excitement is about Joker: Folie à Deux will soon be able to watch the polarizing DC film from the comfort of your own home. The musical psychological thriller gets a physical media release date as it nears its digital debut.




Warner Bros. has confirmed 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD copies of Slide for two will be available through online and physical retailers Dec 17. Slide for two In Phoenix, Phoenix reprises the role of Arthur Fleck, who is being held at Arkham State Hospital and is on trial for the live-televised murder of Murray Franklin. While in Arkham, Arthur meets Harleen Quinzel aka Lee, a fellow patient who becomes obsessed with him, causing them to fall madly in love. Although Arthur plays a major role in the film, don’t expect to see his nefarious alter ego, the Clown Prince of Crime, another theme for which Phillips was heavily criticized before and after the film’s release.

Phoenix and Germanotta play the main roles Slide for two alongside Zazie Beetz (Sophie Dumond), Harry Lawtey (Harvey Dent), Brendan Gleeson (Jackie Sullivan) and Catherine Keener (Maryanne Stewart). The sequel will round off Phillips’ work. joker franchise, with the helmer insisting there will be none Joker 3.
