KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Soccer faces No. 22 South Carolina in its final home game of the regular season.

Tennessee (7-4-3, 2-3-2) looks to get in the win column ahead of its game against the Gamecocks.

The Lady Vols maintain a 6-1-2 record at Regal Stadium this year and have outscored their opponents at home 14-4.

Katie Shea Collins scored a brace in the Gamecocks’ win, while Cat Barry had a hat trick in assists. Additionally, South Carolina currently sits fourth in the SEC standings with 14 points.

VS. THE GAME COCKS: Thursday’s meeting against the Gamecocks will be the 30th in program history, with UT holding an overall record of 14-11-4 against conference opponents. In 2023, the Lady Vols picked up a point after a 1-1 draw on the road in Colombia.

THOMAS ON THE PURSUIT: Thomas, who is entering her final season at Rocky Top, currently sits second on Tennessee’s all-time goals list with 40, just four points behind Kylee Rossi’s program-best 43 goals. The three-time All-SEC player and 2021 All-American appeared in just two games last season before suffering a season-ending injury. During the 2022 season, Thomas scored 13 goals and posted the best goals-per-game average in the SEC at 0.68.
