First look at Valorant’s next agent

VALORANT is nearing the end of its ninth episode and future updates will be announced. Riot Games recently released a unique player card for Episode 9, Act III, and the community is speculating whether it could represent a new agent. Here’s what we know.

VALORANT’s newest Agent will have a gold, yellow, and black color scheme. They can incorporate fire and electrical elements into their equipment. The name of an associated player card, “Striking distance” may refer to lightning strikes and support this theory. According to various leak sources, the agent’s codename is “GlassTech“.

Information about the agent has reportedly surfaced on various VALORANT leak accounts, including @VALORANTLeaksEN on X.com. While the Agent’s player card is publicly available in the Episode 9 Act III Battlepass, the leak accounts are the only source of information regarding the codename.

We don’t yet know when VALORANT’s newest agent will arrive. Agents usually come into play at the same time as a new episode or act. Since the agent does not arrive in Episode 9, Act III, we can speculate that he will enter VALORANT in Episode 10.
