Schedule released for the 5th Nebraska Girls Basketball Showcase in Kearney

KEARNEY, Neb. (KSNB) – The 2025 Nebraska Girls Basketball Showcase will return to Kearney High for the fifth time on January 11, 2025.

The schedule was announced on Wednesday. The highlight is the fourth game on the schedule, a matchup between defending Class A state champion Millard West and Riverdale Ridge of Thornton, Colorado. Riverdale Ridge won the Colorado Class 4A title last year behind Brihanna Crittendon, a five-star recruit in the class of 2026 with all-state scholarship offers.

Game plan:

8:50 a.m. – Centura vs. Elm Creek

10:30 a.m. – Maywood-Hayes Center vs. Shelton

12:10 p.m. – Sidney vs. Arlington

1:50 p.m. – Millard West vs. Riverdale Ridge (CO)

3:30 p.m. – Broken Bow vs. Freeman

5:10 p.m. – Lincoln Christian vs. Gretna East

6:50 p.m. – Pender vs. Malcolm

8:30 p.m. – Minden vs. Oakland-Craig
