• The tar game consists of two rounds, each lasting two minutes.
• Skilled archers hit 20 arrows in the second round after shooting 30 in the first.
• Players bet on the number of arrows that will hit the target.
• You must choose a number between 0 and 99.
• The winners of each round receive rewards.
• Lottery tickets can be purchased at authorized outlets at a price ranging from 1 to 50 rupees.

Winning the Shillong Teer lottery depends on how accurately players make their predictions and how much they bet. For example, if you place a bet of 1 rupee and accurately guess the outcome of the first round, you can win 80 rupees. In the second round, a correct prediction results in a payout of 60 rupees for the same 1 rupee bet. If a participant bets 1 rupee in both rounds and makes accurate guesses, they stand a chance of earning up to 4,000 rupees.
