Last day to vote for Slinger HS football’s statewide team of the week

Slinger, Wi – The Slinger High School football team has been selected as a nominee for the WisSports.net Statewide Team of the Week in Wisconsin.

Click HERE to vote daily until Thursday, October 24, 2024, 2 p.m

Slinger is one of five teams in the mix, along with Ashwaubenon, Mayville, Potosi/Cassville and Richland Center.

A few reasons why Slinger deserves the Team of the Week award:

– The mighty Owls secured the North Shore Conference championship with a 45-7 win over Cedarburg on Friday.

– Slinger finished the regular season with an undefeated 9-0 record in the North Shore Conference.
